The Green Waste Recycling
Facility has compost and wood chip products available. Three
sizes of ground wood chips are available at $10
per scoop. Compost is available for $25 per scoop.
Bring your truck or trailer to the landfill and we'll load it. Download

Wasatch Integrated's Household Hazardous Waste
Facility is located at the landfill.
The household hazardous waste facility accepts, E-WASTE,
paint, varnish, pesticides, lawn care products, aerosols, paint
thinner, antifreeze, motor oil, diesel, gasoline, cleaning items,
automotive products, rechargeable and lead acid batteries, etc.
in household quantities. Click on the e-waste link above for important
e-waste disposal information.
There is no charge for drop off
of household hazardous waste. The Household Hazardous Waste Facility
is located at the landfill and open during landfill operating
hours, Monday through Saturday. For additional information call

The Recycling Drop-Off Center is open for
business at the Davis Landfill. The facility accepts mixed paper,
newspaper, numbers 1 and 2 plastic, number 2 colored plastic,
aluminum, steel food cans, cardboard, and glass (no brown). Download
our User's Guide for specifics. Pre-sort or come prepared
to sort your recyclables to help keep this facility free of charge.
The new facilities incorporate two solar panels and a windmill.
The solar panels produce approximately 7,363 kilowatt hours of
energy every year and the windmill produces approximately 4440
kilowatt hours of energy each year (with a wind speed average
of 12 mph). The facility is heated using methane collected from
the landfill.
The facility is open during landfill hours.

Wasatch Integrated accepts refrigerant
containing units. Refrigerators, freezers, air conditioning
units, etc. are accepted at the landfill and energy recovery facility
for a $30.00 per item fee. The fee covers the cost of proper refrigerant
removal by a certified technician. A complete rate schedule can
be viewed by clicking on fees.
